Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Photos submitted by the Client or User are used for the sole purpose of the reason for which it was requested for or recived for, which will usually be clear in email correspondence between the CLient and the Company before use. In the event a Client wishes to have a photo removed form our sites or social media outlets, he or she must submit a written request by email and allow 72 hours for action to take place after the email has been received. The Company is not responsible for the misuse , duplication or exposure of any photos submitted to us for any purpose. Any user who emails to us or posts on our site or social media outlets is waiving his/her right to pursue legal action against the Company. 

 

Membership

Membership terms of agreement will fall under the provisions stated in this document, unless otherwise noted or additional terms are agreed upon. A membership agreement does not waive the terms as agreed here within.

 

Additional Terms
